We have switched to DIY (do it yourself) Wedding Packages. No this does not mean you do your own photography, just that you may now create your own package!
We have been getting many requests for substitutions in our current wedding packages, that we feel that this is the best way to be accommodating to the modern bride and groom. This package line will be available to all our current 2009 wedding couples, and will be the package line for all future weddings.
We have broken up our packages cover each individual part of your wedding day. This switch also means that couples will be able to purchase a disc of high-resolution, pre-touched files from us. You will be able to get exactly what you need from us!
Our new contracts (Down-loadable soon) will give you easy to fill out boxes to let us know exactly what you'll be needing before, on, and after your wedding day. The list below is simply to let you know what is available to be added on the contract.
Deposit
Deposit: $500.00 Non-refundable, applied toward coverage.
We book our weddings on a first come first serve basis. We will only book one wedding per day. The date is not officially yours until we have received your deposit. If you call us and tell us that you are mailing your deposit for your date, we will turn down any weddings for that date for 1 week. If we haven't received your deposit in that time frame, we will give the date to another couple.

Wedding Day
Formal Portraits Before OR After Wedding (single location): $500.00

*If your church has another wedding following it, all formals must be taken before the ceremony, OR after ceremony formals must be taken outside.
Reception
First 2 Hours Reception Coverage*: $300.00
Preview Album: $150.00
Each Additional Reception Hour: $100.00
Preview Album Each Additional Reception Album: $75.00
Photographer Downtime: $20.00 per hour
*Reception Coverage begins when the couple plans to enter the reception. This time will be pre-contracted. Any changes must be made one week prior to wedding. No exceptions. We will arrive at the reception 15-20 minutes prior to the schedules arrival time to photograph the cake, decor, guests, etc.. You will not be charged for that pre-arrival time.
*Any Receptions Events may be Pre-Contracted, however, ALL Pre-Contracted events will be photographed. Events may not be canceled at the reception in the event of time overage.
*If Pre-Contracted Reception Events are over within the first two hours of the reception, we will stay and photograph your guests having fun. At the two hour mark, we'll slip out and let you enjoy your evening. We will stay for the full two hours.
*If Pre-Contracted Reception Events are not over within the first two hours, we will stay to finish them and you will be billed accordingly. Time will be rounded up to the quarter hour and you will be pro-rated.

*Pre-Touching is what we do to all of our portrait images. The images are color balanced, sharpened and color enhanced. Minor retouching is done.

The price of your files on a disc is directly reflective on the amount of your contracted time and preview purchases.

If the total cost of your Time and Preview Albums is:$1500.00-$2000.00
Your Files on CD are: $750.00
If the total cost of your Time and Preview Albums is:$1000.00-$1500.00

To get the most out of your first 2 hours at your reception:
-Arrive on time!!! This is a big one! You may also want to have drinks for your Wedding Party already at the head table when you arrive. This will save time looking for them when you are ready to have your blessing and eat.
-Immedietly cut your cake and have your cake cutters on stand-by to do their job. This way the cake will be cut when your guests are through with their meals.
-Have your blessing
-Eat
-Toasts ~ Having your toasts as soon as the lasts guests have gone through the food line eliminates alot of chatter that is hard to hear over before your meal! Your Best Man and Maid of Honor will finish eating before most of the guests, so this is the perfect opportunity for them to be heard. It also provides some entertainment for guests who may not have people to visit with.

Depending on the # of guests and how swiftly your reception time-line runs, there is no way for us to say that all of these items will fit into a two hour time slot.
